  13.      Reads a portable graymap as input.  Does an "oil transfer", and writes  a
  14.      portable graymap as output.

  16.      The oil transfer  is  described  in  "Beyond  Photography"  by  Holzmann,
  17.      chapter 4, photo 7.  It's a sort of localized smearing.

  21.      The optional ---nnn flag controls the size of the area smeared.  The  default
  22.      value is 3.
