  13.      Reads a Group 3 FAX file as input.  Produces a portable bitmap as output.

  18.           Tells _g_3_t_o_p_b_m to ignore the first few lines of the  file;  sometimes
  19.           FAX files have some junk at the beginning.

  22.           Tells _g_3_t_o_p_b_m to interpret bits least-significant first, instead  of
  23.           the  default  most-significant first.  Apparently some FAX modems do
  24.           it one way and others do it the other way.  If you get a whole bunch
  25.           of "bad code word" messages, try using this flag.

  28.           Tells _g_3_t_o_p_b_m to stretch the image vertically  by  duplicating  each
  29.           row.  This is for the low-quality transmission mode.
