  6. Deze CD-ROM bevat materiaal waarop copyright of auteursrecht rust van
  7. diverse partijen. Hieronder bevindt zich een uitgebreide hoeveelheid
  8. materiaal met auteursrecht/copyright van de vereniging "DOS gebruikers
  9. groep" en/of van de "ProgrammaTheek". Dit omvat onder andere de informatie
  10. over de software op deze CD-ROM zoals abstracts/reviews van de DOS
  11. gebruikers groep en/of ProgrammaTheek, de gegevensbestanden welke
  12. betrekking hebben op de ProgrammaTheek, boeken, pakketten, demo's etc,
  13. zowel als programmatuur om de bestanden op deze CD-ROM te benaderen.

  15. Tenzij anders aangegeven, berust het auteursrecht van alle informatie op
  16. deze CD-ROM bij de DOS gebruikers groep en/of ProgrammaTheek. Verdere
  17. verspreiding in welke vorm dan ook is strikt verboden, tenzij de DOS
  18. gebruikers groep vooraf schriftelijke toestemming heeft verleend. Misbruik
  19. wordt vervolgd.
