  20.  This is an update to Version 1.3 on the Fish Library Disk 537 from
  21.  Paul Hayter. I (Martin) tried to ask him for permission to release
  22.  this, but he has not answered. Because the copyright notice is left
  23.  unchanged and the original executable with documentation is included,
  24.  I do not think that I am doing something nasty.
  25.  (In the original distribution there was the source code included
  26.  and there is nothing stated to distribute it only unmodified.)

  28.  To make things easier I accept the same copyright notice for the parts
  29.  I have written. They are marked in the source with V2.x (well, mostly).
  30.  I estimate that about 70% of the source, executable and the documentation
  31.  is from me.
