  1.  239Prickly Heat Rash--Characterized by rash of  pinhead-sized bumps surrounded by a zone of  red skin.  This lesion itches intensely.  Typically, it occurs on the neck, upper chest, groin, and armpits.  Associated with excessive perspiration.
