  1. This is a release of version 1.4 of SZADB debugger which is patterned
  2. pretty closely after Un*x adb - with obvious limitations caused by
  3. NOT running on a multitasking system with a virtual memory.

  5. ST mutation has this advantage that all debugger output goes to a private
  6. debugger screen, thus not messing with displays produced by GEM programs.
  7.  
  8. This version runs not only on ST, but on TT as well with a support for
  9. all six TT resolutions.  It can be used, in a fashion, with a Moniterm
  10. as well.

  12. Another noteworthy feature is a support for "long GST" format, with
  13. symbols upto 22 characters long, produced optionally by the newer
  14. patchlevels of gcc(ST) compiler when given -G flag.

  16. Sources can be recompiled with Sozobon C compiler.  Use of other compilers
  17. is definitely possible, but most likely it will require some work.
  18. Directory doc\tex  contains full TeX sources for an updated "szadb Primer".
  19. For those poor souls, which do not know yet what to do with TeX, there
  20. is a line-printer approximation in doc\lpr, where also other documentation
  21. can be found.

  23. Bug reports can be entertained, but no promisses.  Fixes are preferable :-).
