First, Zondervan has granted us an exemption to the requirement that we distribute 1000 copies of the NIV Bible per year. We will only have to distribute 100 per year. This will allow us to provide the NIV for at least one more year. Second, the Lockman foundation has agreed to let us distribute the New American Standard Bible (NASB). We should be receiving the files containing the NASB within a few weeks; it will then take a few more weeks to prepare everything for distribution. This means that the NASB should be available by the end of March at the latest. (We will be requesting a donation of $30 for the NASB.) They have proven themselves fully operational in everything from the earliest REV.-A motherboard 520s, to the newest mega STEs. The 9th chip is unused, and has no effect. However, that 9th chip can reasonably easily be patched in to replace any other bit on the SIMM, should the need ever arise! Also, each of these chips have been extensively tested throughout it's address space, using a complex "MARCH-B" algorithm, for several passes, on an actual ST machine. Now the good news: I'm selling these parts for only $25/SIMM! I will sell only even numbers of then at a time (2,4,6, etc.), and you can add an extra 50 cents per SIMM for postage. I'll also consider selling the whole lot of them, at an even deeper discount. But don't wait too long! Many chip suppliers prices are going through the roof due to some recent import legislation, and I don't think you'll find prices like this again!
