  1. Extended (Dot) Commands - [.][?]
  2. --------------------------------

  4. These commands may be used from any room prompt after first typing
  5. the [.] key.
  6.  
  7. [A] Aide
  8.     Places the system in aide mode.  Read the AIDE file for more 
  9.     information.
  10.  
  11. [B] Backto: 
  12.     You will be prompted for a room to go backto.  Any new messages in 
  13.     the current room will remain new, then you will be moved to the room 
  14.     that matches the roomname that you entered and any messages
  15.     entered since your last call will be reset to new in order for you
  16.     to read them again.  This feature is handy if you accidentally
  17.     leave a room before reading the new messages, or if you leave and
  18.     want to come back for the same reason.

  20. [C] Co-SysOp
  21.     Places the system in Co-SysOp mode.  Read the COSYSOP file for 
  22.     more information.

  24. [D] Download
  25.     Places the system in download mode.  Read the DOWNLOAD file for 
  26.     more information.

  28. [E] Enter
  29.     Places the system in enter mode.  Read the ENTER file for more 
  30.     information.

  32. [F] File Commands
  33.     Places the system in file mode if the user has appropriate
  34.     access.  Read the FILE file for more information.
  35.  
  36. [G] Goto:
  37.     Prompts for a roomname to goto.  A partial roomname is valid and the 
  38.     system will take you to the first match in the sequence of rooms.
  39.     Any new messages in the current room will be marked as read when
  40.     you are taken to the new room.
  41.  
  42. [I] Inspect Room's Userlist
  43.     Displays a list of users with access to the current room.  If it is 
  44.     a public room all users have access.
  45.  
  46. [K] Known Room:
  47.     Prompts you for a roomname, partial name is valid.  You will be 
  48.     given a list of the rooms that you have access to.  If you
  49.     entered a partial roomname, only rooms which match your entry
  50.     will be displayed.

  52. [L] List Room Numbers
  53.     Lists rooms with their name and room number in order for easy access 
  54.     via [J]umpto or [.][J]umpto.
  55.  
  56. [M] Goto Mail Room
  57.     This command will ask you for a username to send mail to, when
  58.     you finish sending the message, you will be in the Mail> room.
  59.     Any messages in the previous room will remain new.
  60.  
  61. [P] Private Message
  62.     Allows you to enter a private message to any user in the current
  63.     room.  Not supported in the Lobby>.
  64.  
  65. [R] Read
  66.     Places the system in read mode.  View the READ file for more 
  67.     information.
  68.  
  69. [T] Terminate
  70.     Places the system in terminate mode.  You will need to follow
  71.     this key up with either an [S] or [Q].  [S] will terminate your
  72.     logon and reset to the Username: prompt so that a new user can
  73.     logon during the same call.  [Q] will terminate your logon and
  74.     hang up on you.

  76. [U] Upload
  77.     Places the system in upload mode.  Read UPLOAD for more 
  78.     information.
