  7. ArcWeb will use a disc based cache for documents which have been retrieved
  8. from remote hosts.  This is stored in a subdirectory of the !WebCache
  9. directory on disc.

  11. <p>If ArcWeb cannot find the WebCache directory when it starts, it will
  12. create itself a directory elsewhere and use that instead.
