  27. LOS ANGELES   June 14, 1993   WordPerfect Corporation and Jurisoft today announced the release
  28. of Jurisoft DirectConnect , a software product that provides links between WordPerfect  5.1 for DOS
  29. and Jurisoft s powerful Legal Toolbox  software for legal professionals. The announcement was made at
  30. Legal Tech Show in Los Angeles.
  31.      "Jurisoft DirectConnect  links give WordPerfect 5.1 for DOS users seamless access to the full
  32. power of Jurisoft products, including CompareRite , CiteRite  II, FullAuthority  and CheckCite ," said
  33. Todd Ashman, WordPerfect for DOS product marketing director. "The development of this product
  34. represents a high level of cooperation between WordPerfect and Jurisoft. Both companies listened to the
  35. needs of the legal market and responded quickly with a solution."

  42. LEXIS  service, the acknowledged standard for computer assisted legal research. Development of
  43. Jurisoft DirectConnect for platforms other than MS-DOS is underway.
