HELPER.EXE - a Self-extracting archive containing files to ease the creation of
Windows help files.
File List:
HELP.HLP The help file that describes how to make help files.
HELP.RTF The source code file for HELP.HLP
HELP.DOT The WinWord document template that creates help files.
*.BMP Bitmap files that modify the appearance of the WinWord Toolbar.
8514.tb8 Custom toolbar for 8514 mode
VGA.tbv Custom toolbar for VGA mode
HCP.PIF The .PIF file that runs HCP in an iconized Window.
IMPPICT.EXE A Visual Basic application that browse your hard disk for
bitmaps to be included in your help files.

VBRUN200.DLL
If you don't have a copy you can get it in the MSBASIC forum, LIB 5. The
file name is VBRUN2.ZIP
Getting Started:
1. Create a directory in which you will make help files
2. Copy HELP.HLP and HCP.PIF to said directory
3. Copy HELP.DOT into the directory where WinWord looks for document templates.
4. Copy the .BMP and .TB? files into the directory where WinWord resides.
5. Start the FileManager and double-click on HELP.HLP. Browse the help section
on "Getting started..."
6. Once you have made the necessary modification to WIN.INI (so that the toolbar
bitmaps will be loaded), you can start WinWord and start a template based on
HELP.DOT
