  13.      Our firm receives many ideas, suggestions and proposals,
  14. and has many of its own projects under development. Therefore,
  15. it is possible the idea or prooposal you plan to submit to us
  16. has been considered and/or may already be in the planning
  17. stages.
  18.      Nevertheless, we would be pleased to accept your idea or
  19. proposal for review, provided it is accompanied by this
  20. acknowledgement letter signed by you.
  21.      It is understood that:
  22.      1. Samples or other submissions will be returned to the
  23.         submittor only if return postage or freight is prepaid.
  24.      2. The company accepts no resonsibility for casualty or
  25.         loss to samples in our possession.
  26.      3. The company can accept no responsibility for holding
  27.         any information in confidence.
  28.      4. The company shall pay compensation only in the event
  29.         it, a) accepts the idea, b) has received the idea only
  30.         from the submittor, and c) reaches agreement with the
  31.         submittor as to terms and conditions.
