  4. Having been guided on a tour of your St. Petersburg plant
  5. by Mr. Kingsley, I must say that I am thoroughly impressed
  6. with your operations and personnel.  I don't believe I have
  7. ever viewed a more efficient, smooth running, and cost
  8. efficient program such as yours. I was particularly
  9. impressed with the procedure you have implemented to
  10. monitor quality control.

  12. All of your employees were extremely courteous and went out
  13. of their way to explain various functions and answer my
  14. inquiries.  I would be most appreciative if you would extend
  15. a special thank you from me to Mr. Kingsley, for showing me
  16. every courtesy, including a delightful lunch at the Boar's Club.

  18. I shall be presenting my findings to my associates on the 30th,
