  4. This is the third letter that I have written to you
  5. regarding the status of my account.

  7. I am enclosing copies of my previous letters to avoid
  8. having to set forth the same information for you again.

  10. I am beginning to get quite annoyed by all of the dunning
  11. notices you have been sending to me in error and would
  12. greatly appreciate if someone would straighten out the
  13. problem that exists on your end.

  15. I do understand the difficulty you must have in maintaining
  16. all of your records, but I do believe that if you would
  17. bring my correspondence to the attention of your credit
  18. manager he may decide to suspend the mailing of these
  19. notices to me until this problem is resolved.
