  5. your records.  Please sign the return where we have
  6. indicated, enclose your check in the amount of $
  7. and forward to the IRS.

  9. I believe that we could be very helpful in reducing your
  10. tax liability for the coming year if we were afforded the
  11. opportunity to be of service to you in the area of tax
  12. planning.  We are, by nature, a conservative firm and steer
  13. away from tax shelters we consider questionable, or
  14. borderline at best.  There are a sufficient number of ways
  15. to safely shelter income that are both unquestionable and
  16. constitute prudent investments.
