  4. In deference to your valuable time, I would like to get
  5. straight to the point and say that we were wrong.

  7. Your purchase order clearly stated 30 cases.  The shipment
  8. of 60 cases was our error.  Meanwhile, there are two
  9. options available at this time;  you can keep the
  10. additional merchandise and we will bill you thirty days
  11. from now, or we will arrange to have it picked up at your
  12. loading dock and issue a credit to you.  Please let me
  13. know of your preference.
