  28.                     Result - God gave them over to a reprobate mind.
  29.                     And to all manner of evil deeds. v. 28c-32.

  32.      2.   The Jew - a sinner - condemned.  Romans 2:1-3:9a.

  34.        a. The judgment of God upon the Jew as well as the Gentile.  v. 1-16.

  36.           (2)  Judgment according to truth. v. 2,5. (righteous judgment)

  38.           (4)  Judgment according to our works. v. 4-5, 6-10.

  60.        d. Objections Answered.  Rom. 3:1-9a.
  61.           (1)  If the Jew is a sinner and condemned the same as a Gentile
  62.                what advantage has the Jew and of what use is circumcision?
  63.                v. 1-2. Answer: To them was committed the oracles of God -
  64.                the Covenant with Abraham, the Mosaic Covenant, The
  65.                Tabernacle, The Temple, the Davidic Covenant.
  66.           (2)  If the Jew is in unbelief, has not the faithfulness of God
  67.                become of none effect? v. 3-4.
  68.                Answer: God's truth stands though all men lie.
  69.           (3)  If the Jew's righteousness exalts God's righteousness is not
  70.                God unjust to judge and condemn man? And is it not best to do
  71.                evil so good can come? v. 5-8.
  72.                Answer: God shall judge the world with judgment that is just.
  73.           (4)  Conclusion: The Jew is no better than the Gentile. v. 9a.

  76.      3.   The Sentence Pronounced.  Romans 3:9b-20.

  79.           All are under sin--not one is righteous.  Ps. 14:1-3.
