  5.      This epistle was written by Paul in 58 (or 60) A.D. at Corinth in the
  6.      home of Gaius (Rom. 16:23).  Tertius wrote it for Paul (16:22).  It was
  7.      sent by Phoebe, a servant of the church at Cenchrea (16:1-2; Acts 18:18).
  8.      Paul intended to visit the church at Rome (Rom. 1:10-15; 15:23-24,
  9.      28-29).

  11.                    The Theme of this Epistle is:
  12.                      "Justification by Faith"

  14.      Key Verses: Rom. 1:16-17.  "The Just shall live by Faith"
  15.      Quoted from Hab. 2:4.  This is Paul's text; the epistle of Romans is the
  16.      message, the sermon.  It answers the question of Job 9:2, "But how 
  17.      should man be just with (before) God?"
