  1.    Tasker is an unattended program dispatcher.  It will execute any
  2.    program and parameters, or command line input (Copy, dir, ren, etc.. )
  3.    at any prescheduled time.  This is great to load on unattended pc's for
  4.    executing backups, production jobs, virus scans, batch files, etc...
  5.    o   Tasker has the flexibility of using any specified taskfile.
  6.    o   LAN compatible.  With a site lisence LAN administrators can have users
  7.        use the same taskfile to execute LAN utilites off-hours. 
  8.    o   Comprehensive and informative logging feature.
  9.    o   Screen redirection to a text file while tasks are executing.
  10.    o   Swaps itself out of conventional memory when your tasks execute.
