  7.                 | MARK bagged any messaged posted by UnAuthorized posters,
  8.                 | or REVIEW the postings prior to bagging the messages. The
  9.                 | REF has the ability to only operate on INCOMING messages
  10.                 | only, OUTGOING messages only, RETURN unauthorized
  11.                 | messages to the sender, or ROUTE messages via Netmail.
  12.                 | Version 2.1 adds the ability to reroute messages to
  13.                 | specific reciever via netmail.
