  1. The REF Version 2.1.  A HOTware utility to
  2. produce a true Read Only echo, or  REVIEW
  3. messages by users prior to allowing them to
  4. "echo".  The REF will monitor a listing of
  5. Message Senders, Receivers, Subjects, or
  6. ORIGIN Net/Nodes in a message area and either
  7. MOVE to an alternate message area, KILL
  8. messages, MARK bagged any messaged posted by
  9. UnAuthorized posters, or REVIEW the postings
  10. prior to bagging the messages. The REF has
  11. the ability to only operate on INCOMING
  12. messages only, OUTGOING messages only, RETURN
  13. unauthorized messages to the sender, or ROUTE
  14. messages via Netmail. Version 2.1 adds the
  15. ability to reroute messages to specific
  16. reciever via netmail.
