  4.                 | REF will monitor a listing of Message Senders, Receivers,
  5.                 | Subjects, or ORIGIN Net/Nodes in a message area and
  6.                 | either MOVE to an alternate message area, KILL messages,
  7.                 | MARK bagged any messaged posted by UnAuthorized posters,
  8.                 | or REVIEW the postings prior to bagging the messages. The
  9.                 | REF has the ability to only operate on INCOMING messages
  10.                 | only, OUTGOING messages only, and RETURN unauthorized
  11.                 | messages to the sender.  Version 1.9 will now show when
  12.                 | messages are RETURNED to the sender in the log file.
