<+C><:S+-2> I created this macro to make inserting often used characters that are not directly typeable easier. Normally you would have to hold down the 'Alt' key and press a number combination to type any of these characters. The one problem with this method is tha
t you either have to have these codes written down, or you have to memorize them. With this macro all you need to do is click on a SmartIcon and then select the desired character into the current text by clicking on the button that contains the name of the
character that you want to insert. This Dialog macro is by no means special in any way... in fact it only took me about 5 minutes to create, but I thought by posting it up on a BBS that I could save others 5 minutes of work that they could do without.
<+C><:S+-2> To install the Often Used Characters Macro, just copy OUCHRS.SMM to your main AmiPro macro directory. From there, you can go into AmiPro and assign OUCHRS.SMM to an existing custom SmartIcon, or create your own SmartIcon for it.
