  10.  The Planet Earth Network was founded on 08/01/93 and in the first month we've
  11.  grown to over 45 members across the US, Canada, England, France, Scotland and
  12.  Ireland. A flying start for this "network with a purpose".  PEN has no "fees"
  13.  either and approval is FAST.  All PEN hub SysOps can approve or decline Planet
  14.  Earth Network applicants and approval can be as fast as within 24 to 48 hours!

  16.  Planet Earth Network exists mainly to promote peace.  Our responsibility is
  17.  only to those who want to further the cause of peace, relations,
  18.  environmental, health matters and other important issues of the 90's.
