Hi there!

The basic information packet has been revised. The application was
split off from the information text, and a new form: HUB.TXT (with
instructions) has been added.

P&BNET.TXT has been slightly re-written to better reflect where we
are now.  The NODESx.LST files are up-to-date with the exception of
POP50 BBS which is still trying to revive from a terrible crash; and
PANDORA'S BOX which is looking for a HUB (don't be surprised if
Dorothy calls YOU).

Please note that prospective nodes are encouraged to upload their
application form to the hub of their choice.  The only nodes we really
discourage are what might seem to be "pirate" boards, so please use
your discretion in bringing people in.  Please also upload their
application form as a message in the NetAdmin conference so we can
all update our records and welcome them to the family.

If you don't have the time to review an APP.TXT file, please upload
it as a message in NetAdmin (and tell us you don't have time), and
someone else will check the new BBS/participant out for you.

The change right before this one was to inform everyone about the
FLAMES and SIDEBARS conferences.  I know some of you haven't added
SIDEBARS yet and your callers are asking you to - so please, won't
you look over the conference and channels lists to remind yourself
of conference and/or name changes and additions. A few moments doing
this will be well worth your while.

NOTE:  Please watch out for crossed networks.  It's easier to name
conferences PB-xxxx and see exactly which channels should be assigned
to what in TMANAGE and maildoors, than suffer the aggravation of
trying to de-tangle everything later on.  Thanks.
