  3. Due to popular request, I am now providing a registration form to make
  4. life easier for those wishing to register. I encourage everyone not to treat
  5. this document in too businesslike a fashion.Feel free to put suggestions,
  6. messages, drawings, your dog's pawprint, or whatever you wish on the other 
  7. side. I will not see your comments on credit card orders sent to Westworld.

  9. The nominal registration fee of JSDDuper is $10 US. The registration fee
  10. is on a sliding scale.  If in doubt, just pay $10.
  11. You can't go wrong by doing that.

  13. My bank that will accept foreign checks IF they are payable 
  14. to "JOHNATHAN SMITH". I will NOT accept foreign checks at least. 
  15. Use the current exchange rate to convert US $ to your currency.

  17. If you want to receive the latest versions of JSDDuper, plus some additional
  18. shareware programs, you must register for the full $10 and also include
  19.  a Shipping and Handling fee of $3.
