  1. INCVAR Version 1.00 - Used to increment
  2. an environment variable. The number of 
  3. characters in the variable is invariant 
  4. - you start with one and there is not 
  5. increase to two. Up to 150 characters 
  6. is allowed. A series over time may be:
  7. 5,6,7,8,9,0,1 for a single number, 
  8. ax,ay,az,ba, etc for a length of 2 
  9. characters, or 69y, 69z, 70a for 3
