  137. Shareware distribution gives users a chance to try software
  138. before buying it.  If you try a Shareware program and continue
  139. using it, you are expected to register.  Individual programs
  140. differ on details -- some request registration while others
  141. require it, some specify a maximum trial period.  With
  142. registration, you get anything from the simple right to continue
  143. using the software to an updated program with printed manual.

  304. In 1988, as an economical alternative to expensive
  305. hardware dependent bar code solutions, GRAFTech 
  306. developed and released BARCODES-PLUS.  This product

  538. This data entry field may consist of any valid characters for
  539. the symbology selected.  You should also be aware of the
  540. required length of data for the symbology selected.

  557. This entry field may consist of a valid number between 1 and 99.
  558. If you enter a number less than 1 the program will automatically
  559. increment the number of labels to 1.  If you enter a number
  560. greater than 99 the program will automatically decrement the
  561. number of labels to 99.  This range of labels has been selected
  562. to help avoid accidental printing of large quantities of
  563. unwanted or wasted labels.  As the four data fields are not
  564. cleared after label printing, if more labels are desired, simply
  565. press the "Print Label(s)" button again.

  570. This control allows you to display all available printer drivers
  571. and to select the printer driver which matches or best matches
  572. the printer you will be using.

  574. To display the available selections simply click on the arrow at
  575. the right side of the dialog box, or use the up and down arrow
  576. keys to scroll through the available selections.

  578. Once the desired selection has been located simply click on the
  579. selection or if using the arrow keys simply press [TAB] after

  1719.   straight as you would like, check to see if your printer
  1720.   is in bidirectional mode.  If so, change the printer
  1721.   to unidirectional mode prior to starting LABELS-PLUS.
  1722.   Unidirectional printing provides better alignment of
  1723.   vertical lines, while bidirectional printing is
  1724.   faster.

  1726.   For Epson printers, if the DIP switches are set to
  1727.   unidirectional mode, bidirectional mode can not be 
  1728.   selected via software commands.  If the DIP switches
  1729.   are set to bidirectional mode, unidirectional mode can
  1730.   be selected via software commands.

  1732.   For Epson printers, the following BASIC statements
  1733.   will instruct the printer to set directional modes:

  1750.   for better quality graphics, it is also

  1752.   graphic data which must be sent to the printer.
  1753.   If you would prefer faster printing select
  1754.   one of the 9 pin printers.

  1756.   Selecting quad density graphics while an Epson
  1757.   24 Pin Printer is selected will actually produce
  1758.   180 x 180 dpi graphics instead of 240 x 180 dpi.
