  7. EZ EPSON (EZ) is a printer utility for MS-DOS that works with many Epson and
  8. compatible printers.  It was tested on a Raven PR-9101 in standard mode
  9. which emulates Epson models FX-86e/FX-800, and a Star NX-1000 in Epson
  10. LX-800 mode.

  12. EZ allows access to some of your printer's capabilities that are not
  13. available through use of the front panel switches.  Some EZ options
  14. duplicate those available on the panel, however, using EZ means less wear on
  15. the switches.

  17. One useful option that might be overlooked is "Feed Paper" (/F) which allows
  18. use of the Epson reverse line feed capability (not all Epson models have
  19. this feature).  When you wish to remove a finished document from your
  20. printer, use the option to feed the paper ahead just enough to remove the
  21. document, and then reverse the paper so printing can resume on the page
  22. following your document -- saves a lot of paper.  Printing at 8 lines per
  23. inch (/8) will also save paper.

  28. freely distributed to others for evaluation purposes only.  If you find EZ
  29. EPSON useful and wish to continue using it beyond a 30-day evaluation
  30. period, we are trusting you to register your copy with Celista Software.
