  8.                           REGISTRATION/ORDERING INFORMATION

  10.           Registering users will receive the SIO Technical Reference Manual
  11.           with their registered version of SIO.  The Technical Reference
  12.           Manual is available only to registered SIO users.
  13.  
  14.           A SIO/VSIO/VX00 registration licenses you to use the product on a
  15.           regular basis.  Individual users need register only one copy of
  16.           SIO/VSIO/VX00 for personal use;  registration includes licensed
  17.           use of all upgrades to the major version number registered.  When
  18.           the major version number changes, say from 1.55 to 2.00, you must
  19.           re-register (pay up again).  Upgrades are NOT automatically sent
  20.           to registered users.  See LICENSE.TXT for additional information.

  22.           The registration fee covers only the use of the program.
  23.  
  24.           Please use the registration form (below) to send in your
  25.           registration fee.

  29.                            Corporate and Quantity Purchases
  30.  
  31.           All corporate, business, government or other commercial users of
  32.           SIO/VSIO/VX00 must be registered.  We offer quantity discounts
  33.           starting at the eleventh copy.  Corporate or site licensing is
  34.           also available.
  35.  
  36.           Licensing agreements allow duplication and distribution of
  37.           specific numbers of copies within the licensed institution. 
  38.           Duplication of multiple copies is not allowed except through
  39.           execution of a licensing agreement.

  41.           The quantity discounts are as follows:

  43.                00 - 10 copies:     no discount 
  44.                11 - 25 copies:     15% discount 
  45.                26 - 50 copies:     20% discount 
  46.                51 - 100 copies:    25% discount 
  47.                101+ copies:        30% discount

  49.           ALL PRICES AND DISCOUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. 
  50.           Discounts are not cumulative; they apply to single orders of like
  51.           products only. Unit prices are the same as for individual users.
