  12.           SIO/VSIO/VX00 is not public domain software, nor is it free
  13.           software.

  15.           SIO/VSIO/VX00 is copyright (C) 1993 by Raymond L. Gwinn.

  17.           Non-registered users are granted a limited license to use
  18.           SIO/VSIO/VX00 on a trial basis for the purpose of determining
  19.           whether SIO/VSIO/VX00 is suitable for their needs.  Use of
  20.           SIO/VSIO/VX00, except for this limited purpose, requires
  21.           registration.  Use of non-registered copies of SIO/VSIO/VX00 by
  22.           any person, business, corporation, governmental agency or other
  23.           entity institution is strictly forbidden.

  25.           Registration grants a user the right to use SIO/VSIO/VX00 only on
  26.           a single computer; a registered user may use the program on a
  27.           different computer, but may not use the program on more than one
  28.           computer at the same time.

  30.           No one may modify SIO/VSIO/VX00 in any way, including but not
  31.           limited to decompiling, disassembling or otherwise reverse
  32.           engineering the program.

  34.           All users are granted a limited license to copy SIO/VSIO/VX00
  35.           only for the trial use of others subject to the above
  36.           limitations, and also the following:

  38.                SIO/VSIO/VX00 must be copied in unmodified form, complete
  39.                with the file containing license and ordering information.

  41.                The full SIO/VSIO/VX00 documentation must be included with
  42.                the copy.

  45.                requested by any licensee.

  47.                SIO/VSIO/VX00 may not be distributed in conjunction with any

  50.           Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may post
  51.           SIO/VSIO/VX00 for downloading by their users only as long as the
  52.           above conditions are met.

  54.           Distributors of public domain or user supported software may
  55.           distribute copies of SIO/VSIO/VX00 subject to the above
