Captain Nemo version 0.2 known bugs
-----------------------------------
[15] In logical mode and on HPFS directories, when scrolling up Brief
directories, the column separation line portion corresponding
to the first entry (the one hilighted) is not drawn.
[14] Selection bar may return to the top position when moving a file
to another directory on the same drive.
[13] Filenames on CD-ROMs are not brought to the FAT convention.
[12] There are no scrollbars in the user menu box, which is
limited to 19 entries.
[11] When copied from FAT to HPFS disks, files are not renamed
back to long names stored under .LONGNAME extended attribute.
This renaming should probably occur if the current .LONGNAME
of the file can be reduced to its FAT name, but rather not if
it cannot. A series of message/dialog boxes would need to be
introduced to manage name conflicts.
[10] FAT filenames are not lowercased in message boxes during
wildcard copy/move/delete operations.
[9] The free space on the target disk is not checked when a file is
copied or moved.
[8] NEMO.EXT and NEMO.MNU files are not edited using the built-in
editor.
[7] In the built-in editor, the cursor doesn't stick to columns.
[6] ^Enter should complete the current command line using history
if the character before the cursor is not a blank, but
instead it always pastes the current panel selection into
the command line.
[5] In the viewer, search in hex mode works on the screen representation
instead of the binary data (NC does that too).
[4] Initial number of lines not restored when toggling line number.
If the screen has an other number of lines than 25 initially,
it will be lost when switching to 43/50 and then back.
[3] Color scheme management has been tested only on a VGA card and gives
some funny results in Hercules mode.
[2] Disk letter spacing in disk selection dialog boxes is non-conforming
when the number of disks is between 8 and 14.
[1] When copying FAT files to HPFS volumes, Nemo doesn't substitute '&'
in file names, whereas the '&' character seems to have a special
meaning on HPFS volumes.
