  6. INSTALLATION OF THE SYSTEM CONFIGRATION EDITOR ON YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM 
  7. IMPLIES AGREEMENT WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.

  9. DISTRIBUTION OF THE SYSTEM CONFIGRATION EDITOR, ITS ACCOMPANYING 
  10. PROGRAMS AND DOCUMENTATION, IS CONSIDERED AS IS.  VACNAT SOFTWARE 
  11. OFFERS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  THIS 
  12. INCLUDES, BUT IS IN NO WAY LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF THE SYSTEM 
  13. CONFIGRATION EDITOR'S MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
  14. PURPOSE.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL VACNAT SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR 
  15. ANY DAMAGES WHICH RESULT FROM THE USE OF THIS PROGRAM OR THE INABILITY 
  16. TO USE IT.  EXCLUSION FROM LIABILITY INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, 
  17. LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL 
  18. DAMAGES.

  20. The System Configuration Editor is distributed as Shareware.  It is 
  21. not free, freeware, or in the public domain.  You may use System 
  22. Configuration Editor for a trial period of thirty days, at no cost to 
  23. you, to determine if it fits your needs.  If you decide to use System 
  24. Configuration Editor regularly, you are expected to register it and 
  25. pay the applicable registration fee.  Individual copies of the 
  26. unregistered version of System Configuration Editor may be given to 
  27. your friends and associates for the same thirty day free trial period.  
  28. You may also upload System Configuration Editor to the public section 
  29. of a public BBS.

  31. You may not modify or dis-assemble System Configuration Editor, nor 
  32. distribute any modified or dis-assembled versions of System 
  33. Configuration Editor.  System Configuration Editor may not be included 
  34. with any other product without written permission from VacNat 
  35. Software.

  37. Registered copies of System Configuration Editor can be used on more 
  38. than one computer at a time as long as no more than one of these 
  39. computers is running System Configuration Editor at the same time.  
  40. You may make backup copies of System Configuration Editor as necessary 
  41. for archival purposes only.

  43. U.S.  Government RESTRICTED RIGHTS:  Use, duplication, or disclosure 
  44. by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in 
  45. subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer 
  46. Software clause at 252.227-7013.
