  3. WHAT IS CONTROL DIABETES?
  4. Control Diabetes is a Microsoft Windows program that allows diabetics to 
  5. calculate and monitor the amount of fat (saturated and total fat), 
  6. cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrate, calcium, protein and calories in their 
  7. diet. In addition, Control Diabetes provides an easy to use analysis of 
  8. sugars in common foods. It also provides utilities to calculate user's ideal
  9. weight, suggested daily caloric, fat and fiber intake according to his or 
  10. her personal factors. The program is a perfect tool for people with diabetes 
  11. to manage their diet.

  13. INSTALLATION 
  14. Copy all files from the diskette to a directory which must be on your path.

  16. RUNNING THE PROGRAM
  17. From the File menu in Program Manager, choose Run. The Run 
  18. dialog box appears. Type 'cd.exe' in the edit control. Then choose the OK 
  19. button or press ENTER.
  20. Alternatively, double click on the 'cd.exe' entry in the File Manager 
  21. window.
