Mix cream cheese with Miracle Whip and Hidden Valley mix and spread on cool crust. Add toppings of carrots, green peppers, red peppers, broccoli, celery, few onions, cheddar cheese.

"Quick Peanut Fudge"
"3 cups sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups (12 oz.) Chunky Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine sugar, butter and milk in electric skillet. Set at 280 degrees. Bring mixture to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off; add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until all are melted and blended. Pour into an 8 inch square pan. Cool before cutting into squares."

"1 1/2 cups pecan halves
1 14-ounce package vanilla caramels
5 bars (1 1/2 ounce each) milk chocolate
Arrange pecans in clusters of 3 or 4 halves, 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet. Top each cluster with one caramel, slightly flattened. Bake at 300 degrees for 7 minutes or until caramels soften. Remove to waxed paper. Flatten caramels with spatula; top each candy with one square of the milk chocolate bar while still warm. "White cake mix
Box of strawberry jello
Cool Whip
Bake white cake mix as directed in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Dissolve strawberry jello in 1 cup hot water. Pour in 1/2 cup cold water. Poke holes in the cake while it is still warm. Pour the strawberry jello mixture over the entire cake. Refrigerate overnight. Top with Cool Whip the next morning."

"1 cup flour 1/2 stick margarine
1 cup sugar 3/4 cup of milk
2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 cup sugar
3 cups of sweet fruit (cut up) Dash of salt
1 teaspoonful cinnamon
Melt margarine in bottom of 8x8 inch square pan or two 9 inch pie pans. In mixing bowl, combine flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk. Mix well and pour over margarine. To fruit add 1/2 cup sugar to 1 teaspoonful cinnamon. Place fruit mixture on top of batter. Do not mix or stir. Bake at 350 deg. for 35 to 40 minutes. Yield: 4-6 servings. "

"2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 cup grated or chopped onion
1 cup sweet milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
Soak bread crumbs in milk. Add other ingredients and stir well. Put in a pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

"1 1/2 pounds ground beef, browned
4 medium potatoes, sliced
1 large onion
1 can chili hot beans
1 cup catsup

Layer all items in large baking dish. Start with layer of beef, then layer of potatoes, thin slices of onions, half of the beans, half cup of catsup, salt and pepper to taste. Repeat layers. Just before putting in oven add 1/2 cup water. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour."

"2 packages lemon Jello
1 pint boiling water

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add drained pineapple. Cool until thick. Fold in whipped cream, grated cheese and nuts. Reserve enough grated cheese to sprinkle on top. Refrigerate at least 2 or 3 hours."

"1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple
2 cups cottage cheese
24 large marshmallows
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 package strawberry gelatin
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
Combine juice from pineapple with marshmallows. Place over low heat. Add gelatin and stir until all are dissolved. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add cottage cheese, pineapple and pecans. Fold in whipped cream.

2 packages broccoli (cooked in salted water)

1/2 cup milk
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1 cup minute rice

Simmer onion in margarine. Add broccoli, cheese whiz, milk and cream of chicken soup.
Boil 1 cup water and add 1 cup minute rice. Let set as directed. Mix all together. Salt and pepper to taste. Add cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees."
