  30. If this application is outdated, please look for IN_yymm.ZIP on your local BBS,
  31. Salt Air or other BBS's (where yy is current year and mm is current month). Old
  32. applications will not be processed.  Do not alter the expiration date, we know.

  34. If you're approved, the network fee ($35 US) is to be forwarded before "network
  35. status" is granted and before relays can begin. When it arrives at the host BBS
  36. your hub request will be notified to enable your net status.  If approved, make
  37. fee payable to CLIFF WATKINS and mail to P.O. Box 212  Baldwin, NY  11510-0212.
