  8.      Any BBS can apply for any of the following status: NODE or REGIONAL.
  9.      SUPER & I'NTL are only granted.
  10.  
  11.      Any & All messages entered on Centipede must use real names in the
  12.      Sender field.  These messages must not contain any illegal types
  13.      of documentation (ie: pyramid money letters).
  14.  
  15.      All echos are to be PUBLIC ECHOED, including the CentAdmin.
  16.      However, the Personal Echo, is a Private Echoed Conference.  This
  17.      is the *only* conference in which personal echo messages may be
  18.      placed.
  19.  
  20.      Users must have free access to this Network, unless the BBS
  21.      is a subscription system.
  22.  
  23.      Under no cicumstance are ANY of the Centipede conferences/echoes
  24.      to be cross-linked with another conference or network.  Centipede
  25.      stays on its own!  Any such actions found, is grounds for
  26.      full dismissal.
