  28.       City2City: ADMITTANCE GUIDELINES

  31.       - Any system may be admitted providing:
  32.  
  33.         a) They are not an alias board.
  34.         b) They do not operate as a ELITE board. (pirate)
  35.         c) They are a PUBLIC system. (available to all by fee or free)
  36.         d) They must be using a QWK (QMail) compatible door.
  37.         e) There are no major objections from current members.
  38.         f) There are no objections from the Host.

  40.  
  41.       - For any system who wishes to be a hub:  (In addition to above)
  42.  
  43.         a) You must operate 24 hours per day.
  44.         b) You must have at least one high speed modem. (9600Bd+)
  45.         c) You must echo mail at least once per day.
  46.         d) You are required to carry ALL City2City Conferences
  47.         f) Your "region" must not conflict with an existing hub.
  48.         g) Incoming mail can NOT be altered, deleted, flip-flagged
  49.            or moved. (as stated in policies item 2)
  50.         h) You must have at least one other site pulling from you.
  51.         i) Optionally: You have a Planet Connect Satellite

  54.        Besides this: each site _MUST_ read and enforce City2City 
  55.                      policies (please read POLICIES file).

  58.       City2City: HOW TO APPLY 
  59.       
  60.       Located within this archive is the application form called 
  61.       APPLY.EXE. Once you have completed it simply upload the text 
  62.       file as a MESSAGE or COMMENT to your "preferred hub". 
  63.       If you do not have a "preferred hub" then simply post your 
  64.       message on the host site ONLINE SYSTEMS OF CANADA (listed below).
