  3. This archive contains several utilities that are part and parcel of the
  4. CATDISK package.  These utilities are designed to work along side CATDISK to
  5. provide additional features not found in the CATDISK program itself.
  6.  
  7. CATLOOK.EXE  - A small, command-line driven reporting facility that is able to
  8.                produce many of CATDISK's canned reports. Useful when available
  9.                memory is limited. Output may be redirected to printer or disk.
  10.  
  11. CATMGR.EXE   - catalog file manager. Copy/move selected entries from catalog to
  12.                catalog (existing or brand new) facilitating splitting/merging
  13.                operations. Mass delete facility makes catalog cleanups a snap!
  14.  
  15. DISKFILL.EXE - An optimal disk fill utility. Automates offloading files to
  16.                floppy disks in a manner such that the target disks will be as
  17.                full as possible. Can also recommend disks already cataloged for
  18.                "backfilling". Can point out and erase duplicates BEFORE they
  19.                get onto your disks.  Can also delete groups of files.
  20.  
  21. DUPCLEAN.EXE - An automated duplicate/redundant file cleanup utility. Scans a
  22.                catalog for duplicates, allows you to select files to delete,
  23.                erases files from your disks and catalogs them on the fly.
