  1. BAKTIME v1.3 will change the date/time stamp
  2. of FileSpec to the date and time +1 Dos file
  3. time unit (0.02 seconds) of a matching BAK
  4. file. This is usefull when after a minor
  5. change to a file, we want to keep its old
  6. date and time and still be considered "new"
  7. by programs such as PKZIP and ARJ.
  8. Smart WildCards are supported (S*T matches
  9. SMART, not SOME that DOS would).
