PC Contact is a simple and effective programme for keeping track of your personal/business contacts and appointments. Names, addresses, phone numbers, appointment dates and general comments are registered for each contact. This data forms the basis for many reports including mailing labels, phone lists, mail merged letters and more. Contacts are divided into groups and can be moved between groups. Groups of contacts can be sorted by contact number, surname, company name, city or contact date. Names and addresses can also be exported to an ASCII text file for use in a word processor.
