  14.    Congratulations! You are now the owner of a copy of an UNREGISTERED
  15.    version of WXFAX v1.2, THE Weather Facsimile Database Programme for
  16.    radio-listening-amateurs.
  17.    WXFAX v1.2 contains information of ALL Weather Facsimile Stations around
  18.    the world which are operational on Longwave and Shortwave.
  19.    With the registered version of WXFAX v1.2 you are able to make listings
  20.    of fax-stations in frequency, station, callsign and country order as well
  21.    as a list of addresses, an ITU country list and a list of transmissions
  22.    (both to the screen and to the printer) including some sample weather maps.

  24.    This version of WXFAX v1.2 is distributed FREE-OF CHARGE to reach the
  25.    widest possible audience though remains copyrighted material.
  26.    You are granted permission to use the programme, and to make as many
  27.    backup copies for your own purposes and for others as you want.
  28.    You are encouraged to distribute copies of this UNREGISTERED version of
  29.    WXFAX v1.2, subject to the following conditions:

  78.    INSTALLATION :
  79.  
  80.    Copy all the files distributed on the floppy disk to a subdirectory
  81.    on your harddisk and run WXFAX or just run the programme directly from
  82.    the floppy disk.

  85.    NOTES :
  86.  
  87.    The sample map can only be displayed on a VGA or SVGA screen in a
  88.    640 * 480 resolution. Using another type of screen will result in a
  89.    message on the screen that you can't use this option.
  90.    I have tested the programme with several VGA-cards though it is very
  91.    well possible that the picture can not be displayed on some types of
  92.    of these cards.

  95.    ORDERING INFORMATION :

  97.    Registration (25 Dutch Guilders) provides you with a PERSONAL copy of the
  98.    latest version of WXFAX v1.2, customized with your name and registration,
  99.    number and without the beginning pause/UNREGISTERED notice as in the
  100.    UNREGISTERED version of WXFAX v1.2.
  101.    To register just fill in the supplied REGISTR.FRM file.

  104.    USAGE :

  106.    I will not give a full explanation about how the programme works; just run
  107.    the programme by typing WXFAX <enter> and you will see how simple it is.
