The Book-E v1.05 Relative Software Innovations Registration $ 30.00 US
SDN_UTIL JUN93 ELECTRONIC BOOKMAKER DISKTOP PUBLISHING TXT2EXE
FILES: booke105.sdn
Author: Relative Software Innovations
The Book-E was designed for disktop publishers, authors, and
anyone wanting to publish or distribute their ASCII text files
in a stand-alone EXE program. In this way, their writings cannot
be easily altered or printed without their desire but still
enable the distribution of their work and without the need for
another program for it to be viewed.
The Book-E creates customizable stand-alone EXE's with scrolling
windows for viewing and optional menu, mouse, search, and print
features. There are also an assortment of borders and color
schemes available so that you can make each publication you
distribute unique.
The Book-E includes on-line help, mouse support, text file
viewer with search and print options, and 3 different shells to
customize your stand- alone programs (SHELL1 is included in the
shareware version, all three are included in the registered
version).
The text file viewer enables you to load a text file for
viewing, searching, or printing. These features are the same
ones available in your finished EXE files.
The size of the text file that can be loaded into the text
viewer will depend upon available memory. The text file you want
to build into an EXE does not have to be loaded into the view
window in order to be built.
You can build an EXE as big as available disk space. If the book
or publication is larger than will load into the viewer, you can
enter the file names in the form and build the finished EXE
without loading it into the text file viewer.
