  3.     - Corrected problem if shipping item was selected, the receipt
  4.       always showed the first shipping method regardless of what the user
  5.       selected. The invoice always showed the correct method.

  8.       protocols such as SDPF available and CKIT now properly handles these.

  34.       work properly with ZMSEND therefore making it useless to attempt
  35.       a download with a fossil since no protocols exist. We don't know
  36.       which is causing the problem (Either Zmsend or Ckit).

  38.     - Fixed problem where Teleshoppe was missing the first category
  39.       of row 2 if you had over 45 categories.

  42.       entry numbers was slowing down the process on 2400 and below modems.
