  6. ALL RIGHTS ARE RESERVED.  YOU HAVE PURCHASED A LICENSE TO USE THIS
  7. SOFTWARE ON ONE MACHINE.  YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO MAKE COPIES OF 
  8. THE LAWYER'S DESKTOP (TM) FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF BACKING UP YOUR 
  9. SOFTWARE AND PROTECTING YOUR INVESTMENT FROM LOSS.

  11. This copy of The Lawyer's DeskTop (TM) is being distributed as Shareware.
  12. This means that you may copy the disk just as you received it and you
  13. may give it to others for their trial use.  This means that the
  14. contents of the data files may not be altered in any way.  Users are
  15. permitted to alter the data files for their own use, but under no
  16. conditions may the altered files be distributed or given away in any
  17. manner.  You are also permitted and encouraged to upload this version
  18. to electronic bulletin board services.  You may not, however resell or
  19. collect any fee for the distribution of The Lawyer's DeskTop (TM) without
  20. the permission of DataPro Enterprises, Inc.  (This does not include the
  21. normal fees for using bulletin boards.)  If you continue to use The
  22. Lawyer's DeskTop (TM) after your trial use, you must register the software
  23. and pay the purchase price as detailed below.

  25.                         WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER

  28. or implied.  DATAPRO ENTERPRISES, INC. disclaims all warranties relating
  29. to this software, whether express or implied, including but not limited
  30. to any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
  31. particular purpose, and all such warranties are expressly and
  32. specifically disclaimed.  Neither DataPro Enterprises, Inc. nor anyone else
  33. who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of this
  34. software shall be liable for any indirect, consequential, or
  35. incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use such
  36. software even if DataPro Enterprises, Inc. has been advised of the
  37. possibility of such damages or claims.  In no event shall DataPro
  38. Enterprises, Inc.'s liability for any damages ever exceed the price paid for
  39. the license to use the software, regardless of the form of claim.  The
  40. person using the software bears all risk as to the quality and
  41. performance of the software.  Some states do not allow the exclusion of
  42. the limit of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the
  43. above limitation may not apply to you.

  50. competent jurisdiction located in Harris County, Texas.  The parties
  51. hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.

  57. Registration provides for the use of THE LAWYER'S DESKTOP (TM) on one
  58. machine.  Please use the form LDTORDER.FRM to register your copy. If
  59. you need to use this software on more than one computer or on a
  60. network, please see the end of this document for a copy of our site
  61. license agreement.

  65. This program is produced by a member of the Association of Shareware
  66. Professionals (ASP).  ASP wants to make sure that the shareware
  67. principle works for you.  If you are unable to resolve a shareware-

  123. This is a perpetual license for the use of the software within your
  124. organization, and is not transferable.  This site license allows

  128. This license is distinct from shareware use.  It does not authorize
  129. the continued use of shareware.  If, in addition to the software used
  130. under this license, shareware is in use, that shareware must be
  131. registered with DataPro Enterprises, Inc.
