  2. Echo This documentation uses no left margin and contains 76 character long lines.
  3. Echo You should set your printer up accordingly.  We prefer to start the print at
  4. Echo column 11 and to print using Elite (12 characters per inch) pitch settings.
  5. Echo You should probably print off a few pages to see how you like it and make
  6. Echo appropriate adjustments to your printer and try it again.
