  5.     country during 1993 by User group newsletters from coast
  6.     to coast. Having been past president of BIBMUG (Buffalo NY IBM PC
  7.     Users Group), I know the benefit of users helping users. My
  8.     experience in modems goes back to the late 1970's in the CP/M
  9.     universe. In addition to these text files, I write monthly
  10.     newsletter articles for distribution around the country, and I am
  11.     the author of the shareware programs "The Modem Doctor" and
