For those of you who were trying to figure out what color 111 is or how to
change the Help background to something else, here is a chart to guide you
through choosing your colors for YAPP. I hope it helps you out.

Monochrome Values:
0 - Nondisplay
1 - Underline
7 - Normal video
9 - High intensity, underline
15 - High intensity
112 - Reverse video
Other values will produce one of the above attributes.
For blinking characters, add 128 to the values given for monochrome
or for color.
