  4. a word about the files ASC.TXT and ASCBIN.TXT.
  5. With help of these files You can test if your terminal-programm and/or
  6. TNC are configured correctly. See the manual for more info.

  8. The file ASCBIN.TXT should be use instead of ASC.TXT, if the terminal-
  9. program requires to use binary mode for the transfer of 7PLUS files.
  10.  
  11. NEWS contain a list of new features and bug-fixes since the v1.4.
