This antenna shows a F/B > 19 dB for elevation angles from 5 to 30 deg (30 dB
at 20 deg). The F/B depends critically on the terminating resistance value.
Make an allowance for the ground connection resistance at the far end when
selecting the terminating resistor. Since the resistance required is high you
don't need a good ground, but it helps to have one that won't change much with
